How are cinemas affected by the tier system?

Cinemas may open in Tiers 1 and 2. As social distancing is enforced between household bubbles, you can continue to come and watch films in a safe environment. Alcohol may be purchased by those watching a film, however can purchase no more than an hour before or after the screening start / end time.

I'm feeling ill - can I get a refund?

Absolutely. If you have a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, please do not visit us. You can phone us on 01903 823112 any time before your screening (During opening hours) for a refund.

How does distancing in the screens work?

When you book tickets, our box office software will automatically close seats on all sides of you to prevent anyone sitting too close. During the screening, it is possible that someone will need to get past you on your row - either to get to their seat or to go to the bathroom. In this case we would ask you exit the row to let them out - however the guidance we have received is that for the very brief period of time it takes for the person to move past you, as long as you face away from eachother then this will be fine. YOU MUST SIT IN YOUR ALLOCATED SEATS. If you have any issues finding your seat, please speak with an usher.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are required by law in cinemas from Saturday 8th August. Masks can be removed once sat in the screen allowing you to enjoy food and drink. Anyone that would like a mask but does not have one can purchase one from our kiosk for £1. Those with medical exemptions or children under the age of 11 do not need to wear masks

How do tickets work / I don't have a mobile device to display my tickets on - what do I do?

When booking tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. When entering your screen, simply display this QR code on your phone and one of our ushers will check you in with our scanning devices. If you do not have a phone, you can print off the QR code section of your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets from our bar or kiosk and our ushers will scan the physical tickets. At no point will you need to hand anything over to a member of staff

What films will you be screening in upcoming weeks?

We are taking each week as it comes currently, as film release dates are moving around a lot. Please check our website each Monday evening after 6pm for films screening from that Friday - Thursday

Can I attend with another household / friends?

You may not sit together with a social bubble. Social distancing must be kept between household or school bubbles. Those in a school bubble may sit together in groups of no more than 6, however nobody can sit with that school bubble (e.g. a parent can't sit with them if any of the bubble are not from their household). Different households may attend the same screening, but currently may not socialise indoors before or after the screening, and must book separately so that social distancing is enforced between households. You must sit in your allocated seats.

How are you affected by the 10pm curfew?

We cannot start films after 10pm or serve any food or drink after 10pm, however films starting earlier may finish later than 10pm.
