Hire Us

We're currently able to offer hire of Screen 3 at:
Monday -  Thursday  £285.00 + VAT

For our larger screens, please enquire for rates.

The initial arrangements to hire a screen are carried out exclusively through email (see address at bottom of the page). Please make sure to read the below FAQs prior to emailing, as they will likely answer any questions you may have:

How many guests can I invite?

You can have a total of 41 guests (including yourself) in Screen 3.

There must be a minimum of 2 adults aged 18 or over throughout the hire. We reserve the right to terminate the hire at any point should any behaviour in the auditorium risks damaging any property (such as climbing on seats, touching the cinema screen etc).

What can I watch?

Included in the price is any film that we are already screening or your own DVD or blu-ray that is under 2.5 hours in length. You must provide the DVD or Bluray copy.

You can also use the screen for videogames, with an HDMI and ethernet cable provided to attach your console to our screen. We are unable to provide a console, games or controllers for this.

What times are available?

To check if your chosen time and date is available, please email us (see link at the bottom).

What happens on the day?

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your slot to ensure there is minimal waiting outside of the screen - unless you wish to arrive earlier for a pre-hire drink in our Projectionist's Bar. We do ask that you arrive promptly as we may not to be able to delay the start of your hire as it will have a knock-on effect to other screenings.

The kiosk and Projectionist's Bar will open throughout your hire for and drinks and snacks you wish to purchase.

Can I bring decorations / my own food with me?

You are certainly welcome to bring your own decorations, however as the entrance to the screen is on a fire escape route, decorations must be only in the auditorium. We also cannot allow any wall-mounted decorations.

You can bring your own food though it must not be something that can damage the seating (e.g. no oily or greasy foods or that with staining properties).

You can bring a birthday cake, however candles are not allowed.

Can I make my hire a public event?

You can, though different rules will apply and we can go through this with you upon enquiry.
