CEA / Compass Cards
Those with a CEA or Compass card can receive 1x free carer ticket to be purchased with a paying CEA/Compass member ticket. To take advantage of this when booking online or over the phone, you will need to sign up to our box office system as a CEA / Compass card member. To do this, you will need to come in to the box office with the CEA or Compass card.
REFUNDS
Refunds must be made no later than 1 hour before the advertised performance time.
For the first show of the day in each screen, refunds must be made by closing time the day before (usually around 10pm).
The cinema opens 15 minutes prior to the first film of the day, so please be aware that phones will not be answered before this point. Phone lines will not always be answered when we have busy screenings going in / coming out. It is your responsibility to ensure enough time is left to phone us and get an answer before 1 hour prior to the screening - refunds will not be made after 1 hour prior to the screening in situations where you haven't been able to contact us via phone. In exceptional circumstances, please email office@domecinema.co.uk with your refund request and a manager will get back to you as soon as possible.

Meerkat Movies What is it? Get 2 for 1 cinema tickets (one free ticket per Meerkat code) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays How do I get it? Compare The Market customers will receive codes which can be used when booking tickets. Head to the Meerkat Movies site for details. Are there any exclusions? Live and event screenings, preview screenings (any film screening before its first Friday show) and occasional features. Carer Discounts What is it? CEA and Compass card holders can receive one free carer ticket to accompany the cardholder. How do I get it? For information and eligibility, please see the CEA Card website and the Compass Card website. CEA cardholders can book on site, over the phone or online (one ticket must be selected as CEA Cardholder) where you will be asked to enter your card number. Compass cardholders can book on site. You can also register onto our system on site, where you will then be able to book over the phone or online. Are there any exclusions? No - as long as you have a valid card and we have space in our screen, you can use it. |
