Our private cinema hire allows you to host your own private movie screening, movie birthday parties, have big screen gaming sessions, or even business events & presentations.
With prices starting from £285 and a choice of our 2 larger screens for bigger groups, and our smaller screen for smaller groups, there are lots of options for any event.

 

 

Screen 3 is our smallest and most popular screen for private hire. It has a capacity of 41, including one removable seat that can be used as a wheelchair space if required. The auditorium has step free access, and a number of plush, comfortable sofa seats.

 

 

Due to its popularity, Screen 3 is not usually available to hire during traditionally busy periods such as Summer or Christmas holidays, or half term. You can find the West Sussex term dates here.

For private hires, you are able to watch any age-appropriate film that we're showing at the time, or alternatively you are welcome to bring along your own age-appropriate Blu-Ray disc too.
Please note that if you are intending to watch a 15 or 18 rated film, all attendees will need to be over that age to gain entry, and that younger members of your party may need to provide valid photo ID. If they are unable to provide ID when asked, they may be turned away.

For big screen gaming sessions, you will need to provide your own console, controllers and games.

 

For private hires you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks into the theater, but as a standard we don't allow hot or greasy foods (i.e. pizza) into screens as these can damage the velvet seats.
Classic cinema concessions such as popcorn and soft drinks, can be purchased at the kiosk at a well-discounted rate for private hires when arranged in advance.

 

 

 

Prices are as follows for a 2.5 hour slot*:
Monday - Thursday (14:00, 17:30, 20:00) - £285.00 + VAT (£342.00)
Friday - Sunday (limited slots dependent on film releases) - £385.00 + VAT (£462.00)

*Longer slots can be arranged if required, for an additional cost and depending on availability.

 

For birthday parties or private hires for a younger audience (under 18) please note that at least one adult (over 18) will need to be in attendance.

A cleaning charge may be applicable if the auditorium is left in a considerably poor state after your hire.

Full payment is required to confirm your slot, but this is fully refundable up to a week prior to the date of your booking if you need to cancel.
